Our Work

The City of Boulder

The City of Boulder has embarked on a comprehensive capital planning project to modernize the infrastructure serving multiple districts. With Razem supporting Boulder's projects as Owner's Representative, the focus is on transforming traditional parking structures into state-of-the-art mobility hubs. To date, Razem personnel have aided in delivering over $10M in improvements. Key components include thorough structural assessments, infrastructure updates, art installation integration, and a phased implementation approach.

 

Looking ahead, Boulder has allocated over $5 million per structure for these transformative projects, which will significantly enhance access, parking, and mobility options. The project will bolster local economic growth and community engagement by improving infrastructure reliability, accommodating evolving transportation needs, and incorporating sustainable technologies like electric vehicle charging stations and bike-sharing programs.

Adams 12 Five Star School District Projects

Collaborated with the District, communities, and other stakeholders to identify and prioritize building needs at STEM Launch K-8 and Westlake Middle School. Erica was also involved in helping to onboard design professionals and constructors to design, bid, and complete the desired work. Also worked to oversee construction, manage and update budgets, communicate with the project team, facilitate closeout, and hand off the finished project to District staff.

Horizon's North Credit Union

From pre-construction through closing for this new site development and construction of a two-story, over 17,000 square-foot building, Erica, provided Owner’s Representative services. Generating RFP/Qs for owner consultants and CM|GC services, construction administration, project closeout, and turnover were all included in the job duties. The partnership then continued through the buildout of the second-floor tenant spaces on behalf of the building owner.
