With over 16 years in construction, Erica has held roles spanning field engineer to project executive. Her strength lies in distilling complex technical concepts into clear, respectful language that engages non-industry stakeholders.

 

Erica excels at building personal relationships, effortlessly connecting with field teams, clients, and project stakeholders alike. Organized, detail-oriented, and both firm and fair, she is an effective leader who knows how to meet team members where they are and guide them toward success. With her exceptional written and spoken communication skills, Erica has successfully negotiated difficult situations to amicable resolutions and is able to separate emotion from fact when navigating tense discussions with multiple parties.

 

Erica's natural optimism and quick wit make her an absolute joy to collaborate with. She believes in the power of strong relationships, regularly tapping into her vast network to gather fresh insights and innovative solutions. With Erica, you can expect a supportive partner and success-driven guidance as the project executive, providing oversight and support for Patricia. 

Patricia is a dedicated professional with a technical background and 10 years of experience leading diverse teams towards common goals. Her time as an engineering technician sparked a passion for the field, which she now carries through in her construction project management.

 

Patricia excels at coordinating complex activities, overseeing projects, and guiding teams through varied tasks. She provides support while ensuring objectives are met, navigating challenges with her friendly, adaptable nature.
